How we’re performing

The fight against global poverty and injustice is a massive challenge, but we're winning the battle in all sorts of ways. Supporting Oxfam Australia can, and does, make a difference.
We regularly monitor and evaluate our performance in a variety of ways to make sure our work is as efficient and effective as possible:
- Monitoring and managing our finances
- Tracking progress against our strategic plan goals and objectives
- Evaluating and assessing our programs and advocacy work
- Seeking feedback from supporters, partners, beneficiaries, staff and volunteers
- Adhering to codes of conduct and standards for the international aid sector
