IT Service Desk Assistant

We need your customer focused approach to IT support to monitor and action service desk requests ensuring efficient and timely resolution.
You will have a thorough understanding of MS desktop operating systems and applications, Active Directory, PC based hardware and peripherals. You will be experienced deploying and supporting Standard Operating Environments in a medium to large business. Exposure to ITIL and support in a retail environment would be advantageous.
Salary $50,029 plus benefits and access to salary packaging schemes.

Country Director - Sri Lanka

Oxfam Australia is seeking a Country Director to manage the Oxfam program in Sri Lanka. We are seeking a dynamic leader to provide strategic direction and inspirational leadership to maximise the positive impact of our work in Sri Lanka. This is a Senior Management position and the successful applicant will be expected to represent the organisation at the country level, manage complex change, and provide strategic leadership to all Oxfam programming in country. You will also be expected to travel domestically and internationally.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Senior management experience in leading the development and delivery of development, humanitarian and advocacy program strategies
- Experience in leading and motivating multi-disciplinary teams, a high degree of self awareness and an understanding of how to drive and support excellent team performance and individual development
- Experience managing complex change processes and relationships with internal and external multi-cultural stakeholders
- Strong financial and analytical skills and the ability to think strategically, including to think beyond the country program context and act within a regional and global framework
- Demonstrated experience in promoting gender equality in both the workplace and through programming
Net Salary Range is USD49,920 to USD65,100 plus access to relocation, living away from home, and repatriation benefits.
