Bayswater Group

The Bayswater Group meets on the first Thursday of each month (except January) at 7:30pm.  We conduct various activities throughout the year to raise funds for Oxfam Australia Projects and also help promote campaigns such as Fair Trade within the wider community.  Past fundraising events have included quiz nights, film fundraisers, stalls, and foot rallies.  New members and ideas are most welcome.

Fremantle Group

The Fremantle group supports the work of Oxfam Australia by raising money through activities such as film nights, stalls and dinners and by supporting events like the Walk against Want. We also raise awareness by having speakers on issues at our dinners and at our monthly meetings. These meeting usually take place on the first Sunday of the month at 7.30pm at a member's house in the Fremantle area. Fair Trade WA Oxfam Australia Group

Fair Trade WA Oxfam Australia Group promotes and co-ordinates the activities of Oxfam Australia in the local community, specifically on issues concerning fair trade, and helps to raise funds to support projects approved by Oxfam Australia. For more information contact Caron Passmore

Geraldton Oxfam Group

The recently formed Geraldton Group meets monthly and works together to support various Oxfam initiatives. We hold monthly Fair Trade stalls at the Greenough Markets and conduct various activities throughout the year to raise funds for Oxfam Australia Projects. We have chosen two projects to support, the Indigenous Australia Youth Participation Program and the International Mining Ombudsman. Past fundraising events have included film night fundraisers and Fair-trade stalls at local events. New members and ideas are most welcome.

The Margaret River Group meets on the first Wednesday of each month. Mandurah Group

The Mandurah Group meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:15pm to plan activities to support the work of Oxfam Australia. The annual walk against want is held on the first Sunday in May on a scenic route around the bridges. Other activities include holding Fair-trade stalls to raise awareness about the issues as well as sell coffee, tea, chocolate and handcrafts, and organizing the visits of guest speakers.
