Oxfam Australia’s new strategic plan has been approved by the Board and will run from 1 July 2007 to 1 July 2013.
The strategic plan is organised around four external change goals which reflect those in the new Oxfam International strategic plan. These goals outline the changes that we are hoping to achieve in the areas of economic justice, essential services, gender justice and rights in crisis. There are also seven organisational change goals that will help us build a stronger, more efficient and effective organisation.
