Waived Registration Fee – Terms and Conditions
This registration category is available for registrants in situations of financial restraint.
Factors that will be taken in account in approving a fee waiver:
1. If the registrant is a national of a developing country
2. Registrant's employment circumstances:
a. Size and resources of employing organisation
b. Registrant's official position within their organisation and available operating budget
3. If the registrant is a student or undertaking an unpaid position such as an internship
Registrants must provide some background information to justify a fee waiver as part of their registration.
Limited funding is available for waived registration fees. The event organisers will review all registrations with waived fees and reserve the right to request additional information for justification. If criteria for a waived registration fee are not satisfactorily met, the event organisers may request payment of the standard registration fee.
All participants must complete the registration form to ensure their place is reserved and their relevant contact details are saved.
Your registration fee includes:
- registration and meeting costs
- morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, coffee and drink
The accommodation package includes the above and a single standard room at Phnom Penh Hotel, Cambodia.
Grant applications
Grant applications are now closed and successful applicants will be notified by 30 September. Please contact us if you have any questions about your application.
Cancellation disclaimer
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us immediately. No refund is possible if notice of cancellation is received less than two weeks before the conference.
