Hunger is spreading. Clean water is harder to find. Homes are being destroyed. Climate change is impacting the world's poorest communities now. As one of the world's highest per person greenhouse polluters Australia has an obligation to do much more. We call on the Australian Government to show leadership on climate change by:

• Paying our fair share into a global fund enabling poor communities to tackle the impacts of climate change
• Supporting innovative proposals to finance climate adaptation (eg. a "Robin Hood" style tax)
• Actively working for a fair, ambitious and binding global climate change agreement
