Keep the Mekong River flowing freely

The Mekong River is one of the world's last large rivers to remain mostly undammed. Now it looks like the Xayaburi dam, one of eleven planned dams for the Mekong mainstream, could go ahead. The power generated from Xayaburi won't even stay in Laos. Most of it will be exported to Thailand.

Take action now to join a movement supporting experts who believe Xayaburi and any dams along the Mekong mainstream will have devastating impacts for the people of the region, and therefore should be reconsidered under a 10-year moratorium.
