Fundraising events
You don't need to physically be a part of our fundraising events to make a significant contribution. After all, not everyone wants to walk 100km in 48 hours, or abseil off city buildings! So if you want to support our events without the sweat and tears, then why not sponsor a team or participant? See below for a listing of the latest events needing your support.
Oxfam Trailwalker
Oxfam TRAILWALKER is the world’s greatest team challenge. And it’s also one of the toughest, with teams of 4 people crossing 100km of Australian bush in less than 48 hours. Sponsor a walker and help overcome poverty and suffering around the world. Find out more about Trailwalker.

Quad Squad
In August 2010 three friends set out on a world-first global challenge driving 50,000km from Istanbul-to-Sydney on ATV quad bikes. Their mission was to cross three continents and 34 countries over 12 months, and raise $100,000 for Oxfam Australia.
Tom's Next Step
On December 31, 2011, Tom embarked on a run around the world. This run is expected to take nearly two years, and will cover over 29,000 km, raising funds for Oxfam. In simple terms, the event will encompass running the equivalent of 700 marathons in 700 days, and will feature in the Guiness Book of World Records.
Cycle Strongman
The Cycle Strongman Expedition (CSX) is one man’s attempt to cycle the globe in an effort to inspire change, challenge environmental values and promote cross-cultural awareness. The CSX is generously aiming to raise $100,000 in support of Oxfam Australia’s work to fight poverty and injustice. Find out more
