Red Party

Paramount Nightclub

This year marks the return of the Red Party, a Western Australian Medical Students’ Society initiative, supported by the WA AIDS Council and partner student societies across the WA’s universities.

The Red Party is an AIDS fundraising event, with over 1,500 students coming together for one of WA’s biggest inter-university parties at the Paramount Nightclub on September 4. The event is organised entirely by university students with an eye for a good cause.

The project also aims to raise awareness of international and local issues surrounding HIV and AIDS - the Red Aware campaign will see a number of education and awareness events running throughout the month of August.

Go to www.the.red.party for more details!

All profit from the event is donated to Oxfam Australia’s AIDS Child Social Protection program in South Africa and Zimbabwe.
