Lead Web Developer

Deputy Program Manager (Community Health, Sustainable Livelihoods & District Offices) - Dili, Timor

We need your strong rural development and program management experience to manage Oxfam Australia’s Community Health, Sustainable Livelihoods, Food Security, Community Based Disaster Management, and District based programs in Timor-Leste.
Key Selection Criteria:
• A high level of program management experience particularly in rural development, sustainable livelihoods, community health and/or food security
• Experience in managing teams of international and national staff in complex, difficult and at times stressful environment
• Demonstrated experience in understanding and providing training/mentoring to strengthen national staff capacity
• Experience in working with partner organisations in particular on participative approaches to strengthen capacity
• Advanced understanding of gender and development issues
• Experience in program implementation and monitoring
• Experience in financial and budget management
• Experience in the development and use of systems and procedures
• Fluent written and spoken English (essential); ability to work in Tetum or Bahasa Indonesian languages highly desirable

Program Manager - Wewak, East Sepik Province - PNG

Exciting and Challenging Opportunity
2 year Full-Time Position
We seek an experienced Program Manager to establish and manage our program in East Sepik Province, Papua New Guina. This challenging opportunity includes long term development programming, research and advocacy, and humanitarian work.
Key requirements:
• Experience in international project and program management including financial, administrative and human resource management, monitoring and evaluation
• Experience in organisational development and capacity building
• Experience in design and implementation of development and/or humanitarian programs which promote gender equality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate in multi-cultural settings (Pidgin language desirable)
• Experience working autonomously in remote areas
Salary AUD$55,510 per annum plus 9% superannuation or pension contribution, one economy return flight, travel and health insurance, accommodation allowance and opportunity for accompanied status.
