The Dusty Diaries were written by humanitarian worker Paul Bolger during two trips to Chad in 2005 and 2007. Paul worked with Oxfam to assist refugees and internally displaced people (IDP's) fleeing the violence in neighbouring Darfur, Sudan. You can find out more about the crisis in Darfur here.
