Trek to Tackle Poverty – Larapinta Trail

Join Oxfam for the charity challenge of a lifetime as you trek the iconic Larapinta Trail, one of the most popular wilderness walks in Australia’s Red Centre.  Known for its breathtaking landscape and mountainous terrain, the trail’s red rock outcrops form a striking backdrop to scenic paths that cut passages through awe-inspiring gorges and expansive plains. 

This is an exciting chance to create real change in the lives of Indigenous women around Australia and in yourself.   You’ll connect with the land, the local community and the tight-knit team of adventurers travelling with you.  You’ll hike to sacred sites of the outback’s ancient guardians and have an exclusive opportunity to learn more about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history and culture, all while fundraising for Oxfam Australia’s work, including our domestic work with First Nations peoples.
