Banks care a lot about what their customers think. You have the right to demand better from your bank, and a really powerful way to do this is to visit your local branch. It’s easy – you don’t have to be an expert. All you need to do is pop by your bank and ask a few simple questions. We’ll give you a step by step guide and everything else that you need.
